Dr. Marcela Mujica is one of the founding forces behind the practice and has been welcoming children from across the Charlotte area since opening All Kids Pediatric Dentistry in 2014. Originally from Peru, she has called Charlotte home since 2003 and brings a deeply personal, culturally aware approach to caring for her patients. Whether a child is visiting for their very first cleaning or coming in with a more complex concern, Dr. Mujica creates an environment that puts both children and parents at ease. Dr. Mujica's Education and Training
Dr. Mujica’s path to pediatric dentistry includes some of the most respected institutions in the country. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, one of the top dental programs in the United States. She then completed her Certificate of Pediatric Dentistry and a Master of Science degree in Dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.
Her graduate training gave her an in-depth foundation in the behavioral, developmental, and clinical aspects of treating children at every stage of growth. That knowledge continues to shape how she approaches each patient. She is also a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a distinction that reflects her commitment to maintaining the highest clinical standards. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry represents over 11,000 pediatric dental professionals nationwide who uphold evidence-based care and patient safety as their guiding principles.

Dr. Mujica believes that oral healthcare is the foundation of overall physical and emotional well-being, and that belief drives every aspect of her practice.
